How often does Flower Class have new content?
Flower Class Professional is updated monthly with 8 brand new classes, on the 1st of each month. Flower Class Foundation Members receive 2 brand new tutorials each month, also on the 1st. There is also an exclusive live coaching session with Joseph every single month and occasionally we'll add additional surprises and content into the Membership too!
When I join Flower Class do I have access to previous months content?
Flower Class professional members can enjoy access to the entire library. That means when you join us as a pro member, you will have immediate access to all the previous tutorials and content within Flower Class which currently includes 200+ classes. You can then look forward to brand new content added every single month! For our Foundation members, you can enjoy access to a curated collection of previous months content with an evolving library of 30+ classes to explore.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, whether you have a monthly or annual subscription you can cancel your membership at any time. Simply head to your settings area on your member login page, select billing info and cancel your payments. Your membership access will cease at the end of the current billing cycle. There are no refunds available for partly subscribed months or years.
If I cancel my membership will I lose access to all content or just new content?
If you decide to leave Flower Class, all access to all content will be revoked at the end of your billing cycle.
How can I get individual support from Flower Class?
There are a number of ways to get individual support from Flower Class.
Every member whether you have a Professional or Foundation membership is invited to Join Joseph live every single month for the Live Coaching Call. Here Joseph will answer any questions you need support with. You'll be invited to join our community inside the Private Facebook Group. This is a safe, nurturing, professional space for you to reach out to Joseph or any of our other members to ask any questions that you might have.
And you can also ask questions within the comments section of each tutorial.
For our Professional members, we also have a monthly live drop in session where Joseph is available for any personal support or help you might need that month.
Finally, as an exclusive membership bonus, you can also book a private 1:1 Zoom class with Joseph, directly through your Flower Class membership.
Do I need to be a professional floral designer to join?
Not at all. We have two levels of membership, the Foundation and the Professional and anyone can choose either path. The Professional is our most comprehensive offering with more classes and a greater level of support for those who are ready to seriously commit to growth and results in their practice and business. The Foundation, with fewer classes and less content offers a path for those members who want to grow and develop their love for flowers but perhaps don't have a tonne of time or resources to commit more fully to it right now.
With both membership options you get the same great quality classes and community.
Can I stay in The Flower Class Community if I cancel?
The Flower Class Community Private Facebook group is a dedicated support group for our members. If you decide to leave Flower Class, you will no longer have access to the community group.
Will my membership automatically renew?
Yes, whether you have a monthly membership or annual membership your payments will automatically be charged, unless you cancel your membership with us.
