Today we are diving into Orchid Centrepieces: How To Create Three Different Centrepieces using Cymbidium Orchids.

Cymbidium orchids are one of those blooms that like to do the talking. They are the perfect choice for creating Simple, Stylish and Spectacular designs. In this tutorial, Joseph is sharing some of the most adaptable and useful table centrepieces using some of the most delicious materials that really make those Cymbidiums pop.

When you have such a powerful flower, it is important to structure your designs to show it off. Cymbidiums come in a huge variety of colours which really make them perfect for a huge scope of designs. I love these designs for the fact that they can be applied to any size table, budget and season.

In this tutorial we’ll be covering:

• Colour blocking theory in a breadth of designs

• Creating tension and contrast using Cymbidium orchids

• Designing considering proportions, groupings and colour

• Working with a range of sustainable mechanics suitable for table centrepieces
